Getting Vaccines to the Last Mile

Vaccines don’t fail because supply is missing. They fail because cold chain systems break before they reach the communities that need them.

We worked with National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) and partners including UNICEF and Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) to support the introduction and deployment of Emvólio, a portable medical-grade vaccine refrigerator developed by Blackfrog Technologies.

Our role focused on identifying priority deployment pathways, enabling institutional engagement, and supporting the transition from pilots to public-health adoption.

Co-Building Southern Africa's Emergency Infrastructure

Southern Africa attracts millions of visitors to remote safari lodges, desert wilderness, and adventure hotspots—but when something goes wrong hundreds of kilometers from the nearest hospital, response time is everything.

We mapped the entire emergency rescue ecosystem across six countries for SafeTravels, identifying and vetting ground ambulance providers, air evacuation operators, trauma centers, and charter networks covering 20+ major tourist corridors from the Okavango Delta to Victoria Falls.

Keeping Kids in Class, Not in the Fields

In Ghana’s cocoa-growing regions, child labour is not just a social issue. It is an economic reality for families with few alternatives. We spearheaded Ghana’s largest school feeding intervention in cocoa-growing communities, designed to address one of the root drivers keeping children out of classrooms.

Launched in under two months, the program required coordinating across multiple stakeholders including district education offices, school leadership, community networks, chefs, nutritionists and the Beast team to move quickly from concept to delivery.

Over two years, the initiative will deliver 500,000 school meals, helping reduce the pressure on families to rely on child labour and keeping children where they belong: in school.
